  22. Prepare 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  23. Prepare 1 teaspoon rice flour
  24. Get to taste Salt and pepper
  25. Prepare 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  26. Take Water as required
  27. Prepare Omelette
  28. Get 2 eggs
  29. Prepare Handful coriander
  30. Get 1 green chilli
  31. Take to taste Salt and pepper
  32. Make ready 1 chopped onions
  33. Get Oregano to sprinkle

  1. First mix all dry ingredients then make a well and pour all the wet ingredients then mix in cut and fold method. Do not over mix. Now dust some atta on blueberry and walnut and mix it with the batter. Now grease muffin mould well and pour the batter into the mould and bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees. Preheat the oven at same temperature. Reason why dust blueberry and walnut it to avoid it settling down at bottom of the muffin.
  2. First steam the beans then mix in roasted besan, rice flour,cornstarch,salt, pepper, mix all these well then add bread crumbs and mix well. Now grease the air fryer pan and preheat it for 3 mins at 180 degree. Now bake these beauties (beans) at 180 degrees for 8 mins to get a crumbly texture. Ready to serve.
  3. For omelette: beat the eggs till frothy with salt and pepper as per taste. Add the chopped onions green chilli and coriander to it, grease the tawa and pour the egg mixture to hot tawa and cover and cook on both sides.Sprinkle oregano before serving.
  4. For cucumber juice : add cucumber with salt jeera powder ginger and coriander and blend well. If needed add water.Then take a strainer and strain it. Then mix in lime juice well and Serve chill.
