7. when cooked leave to cool and put chocolate (broken up) and cream in a heatproof bowl
8. put bowl over a pan of boiling water and melt together
9. when the cream chocolate mix is cooled and almost at setting point cover one cake then place the other on top
10. use the remaining cream chocolate mix to cover the top and decorate as u please
