- Pour 1 liter of milk to a heavy bottom pan on medium heat & when its warm.add 1 pack of orange jelly and mix well Add 5 tablespoon of custard powder in room temperature milk & mix well.
- Stir the hot milk in the pan in between & let it heat & come to a gentle boil.Then lower the heat, add sugar & start adding the custard mix.Add little at a time & mix after each addition. - Whisk continuously.Cook for 2-3 mints until the custard thickens.There should be no lumps…when its get thick off the flame
- Make orange jelly in 1 cup of water..when jelly get set cut in square shape and set in mold..now add half mixture of custard and again put jelly and remaining custard mixture…tap the mold on counter and set in fridge for over night
