  17. Prepare 200 g spreading consistency peanut butter
  18. Make ready 1/2 c glazing / powdered sugar
  19. Prepare 4 tbsp vegan butter
  20. Get 2 tbsp (vanilla / coffee flavored) plant / nut milk
  21. Get 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  22. Take 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps to make No fuss Chocolate (sheet) Cake:
  1. Combine all ingredients at once as original recipe calls for or follow my steps :
  2. I sifted the dry ingredients by blending them at a high speed
  3. And I combined the wet ingredients in the main mixing bowl
  4. Now add both together and give it a nice stir till no more bubbles of flour appear; tiny clumps at the end are ok
  5. Pour into lined baking sheet or other cake form and with a spatula make sure to push the liquidy dough into all four corners of your baking sheet
  6. Bake for 30min in warm oven
  7. Let cool down
  8. If you are with me in just loving the whole peanut butter and chocolate thing, then stick with my slight change to the original recipe :
  9. After having warmed up peanut butter, spread it evenly over top of cake
  10. Let cool very well
  11. Now prepare the chocolate glaze :
  12. Bring sugar, margarine, milk, and cocoa to a boil stirring constantly
  13. Reduce heat to a simmer for 2 min while stirring
  14. Remove from heat and stir for another 5 minutes
  15. Add vanilla, stir, and immediately pour onto cake
  16. Glaze will dry quickly, so add any sprinkles now
  17. Let glazed cake cool for an one hour
