  6. Round off each portion of dough with your palms.
  7. Flour a square storage container with flour, and leave the dough in it to rise for about an hour.
  8. This is the risen dough.
  9. Dust with flour and stretch or roll out the dough to form a naan shape.
  10. Heat up a frying pan over medium heat, spread thinly with oil and cook one side of the naan for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and cook the other side for 2 minutes.
  11. It should be about this browned.
