  6. Take Half a medium sized leek
  7. Get 250 g egg noodles
  8. Take 1 fresh red chilli
  9. Get 1 tbsp Chinese five spice

  12. Prepare 1 tsp fish sauce
  13. Take 1 handful finely chopped coriander
  14. Prepare 1 lemon
Instructions to make Ginger Chicken Stir Fry:
  1. Add the leek, ginger, chicken and chopped chilli to a medium hot pan. Cook until the chicken is lightly browned
  2. Add the Chinese Five Spice and mushrooms to the pan and separately boil a pan of water in preparation for the noodles
  3. When the water is ready, add the noodles to the water. Simultaneously add the pepper, bean sprouts, soy sauce, fish sauce, and honey to the frying pan and turn up the heat.
  4. Continue you stir the chicken while the noodles cook (about 4 minutes)
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the stir fry to a bowl, drain the noodles and briefly fry them in the remaining juices in the pan before adding to the bowl
  6. Sprinkle with fresh coriander and a healthy squeeze of the lemon before serving
