The ingredients needed to make Chicken Mince Sewaiyan:
  1. Make ready 400 gms Vermicelli or thin Sewaiyan roasted
  2. Prepare 400 gms Chicken Mince
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 cups Spring Onions chopped
  6. Take 1/2 cup Green Peas boiled
  7. Get 1 Onion finely chopped
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  11. Get 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
Steps to make Chicken Mince Sewaiyan:
  1. In a pan, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste along with chopped onions. Saute until the raw smell fades away. Do it on low heat only. Add spices now with Chicken mince to it. Add half of the chopped Spring Onions too. Reserve the rest for garnishing later.
  2. Cover and cook on a low heat until done. Since it's Chicken, it gets done very soon. Add boiled Green peas too.
  3. In the meantime, bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat for cooking the Vermicelli. Add some salt to it and add in roasted Vermicelli to it. Mix gently and cook until done for about 5-6 minutes. Keep aside. Add water as required. Do not add more of it.
  4. Add boiled Sewaiyan as a final step now. Mix gently and adjust Salt. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Spring Onions. Serve hot with boiled Eggs or some mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!
