The ingredients needed to make Butter chicken:
  1. Take 1 kg Chicken
  2. Get 1 kg Tomato
  3. Take 3 spoon ginger garlic paste
  4. Get Half kg onion
  5. Get 50 gm Butter
  6. Prepare Cream
  7. Get Cashew nut
  8. Make ready Salt
  9. Take Sugar
  10. Get Curd
  11. Prepare Chilli powder red
  12. Prepare 4 Cloves

Instructions to make Butter chicken:
  1. First marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, curd & salt
  2. Grill/ barbique the chicken pieces
  3. For gravy.. make tomaro puree
  4. In oil add cloves javitri.. add the tomato puree.. salt..red chili powder ginger garlic paste & keep it fr boil
  5. When its bcame thick add kasoori methi powder & lil butter
  6. Let it set for few mins to thick the gravy.. when it bcame dark red in colour add grilled chicken & fresh cream., keep it in a low flame
  7. When chicken bcame tender add butter & the thick ctemy butter chicken is ready to serve
  8. Decorate it with fresh cream & butter serve hot with roti or rice
