The ingredients needed to make Chicken Dumplings:
  1. Get DUMPLING WRAPPER:
  2. Get 2 cup flour
  3. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 2/3 cup water

  7. Take 1/2 kg chicken minced into a fine paste
  8. Make ready 2 green chilies finely chopped
  9. Take 2 tbsp soy sauce
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper
  12. Take to taste Salt
  13. Get DIPPING SAUCE:
  14. Take 1/2 cup soy sauce
  15. Take 2 tbsp water
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
  17. Make ready 1 tsp ginger julian
  18. Get Pinch sesame seeds
  19. Take Mix everything in a bowl let the flavours infuse

Combine flour, broth, baking powder and eggs; mix well to form a stiff batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls into simmering soup. Remove skin and bones at this point, along with bay leaves. Prepare dumplings and set them aside for a few minutes.

Instructions to make Chicken Dumplings:
  1. Knead dough well and keep aside. Mix in the ingredients with the chicken mince and set aside.

  3. In a non stick frying pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and place the dumplings flat side down. Let them brown on each side. Then add about 1/2 a cup water in the same pan and cover and let it steam and cook until all the water dries out.
  4. Serve with the dipping sauce mentioned above. You can also enjoy these with the chilli oil I posted earlier.

Remove skin and bones at this point, along with bay leaves. Prepare dumplings and set them aside for a few minutes. LIFT out dumplings individually using a small slotted spoon, placing them onto a plate, leaving dumplings garnished side-up. STIR chicken and gravy using a wooden spoon (gently scraping bottom of saucepan while stirring). LADLE the chicken/gravy mixture into bowls, then arrange dumplings over the top.
