Easiest Way to Make Speedy Churros

Real churros in Spain are not light and fluffy; they're like this. My husband thought it was difficult to make. Did not have a pastry bag, so I used a ziploc bag instead to pipe into oil.. Using a wooden spoon, stir in flour.

  1. Get 80 gr butter
  2. Prepare 240 ml water
  3. Prepare 20 gr sugar
  4. Take 1 t.s vanilla extract

  7. Prepare Sunflower oil
  8. Get little bit salt
  9. Take For serving
  10. Take Sugar
  11. Get Cinnamon

Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Churros are fairly simple to make and worth all the effort.

Instructions to make Churros:
  1. In a pot put the butter, the water, the sugar, the vanilla extract and the salt over medium heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon for 1-2 minutes until well mixed and be soft dough.
  3. Transfer the dough in the mixer and beat for 2-3 minutes until the dough gets cool.
  4. Add the eggs and beat with the electric mixer in a medium speed.
  5. Put the dough in a pastry bag and place a pan with the sunflower oil over medium to high heat.
  6. When the oil heats up, cut the dough in whatever shape yiu want, put it in the pan and let it fry.
  7. In a bowl put the sugar and the cinnamon and whet the churros are ready transfer them from the pan in the bowl.

Remove from heat and stir in flour. Churros are fairly simple to make and worth all the effort. It may feel somewhat daunting or incredibly intimidating to make these buttery strips of heaven, but with our helpful tricks and tips, you'll be an expert in no time. What makes our recipe different is the flavour and texture of our dough. Now comes the fun part: It's time to fry the churros!
