  1. Prepare x 2 Water *Note: Use the amount of Water according to the instruction. My Instant Ramen requires 500ml per pack, that’s why I added 500ml x 2
  2. Prepare Instant Miso Ramen *include Noodles and Soup & Seasoning Sachets
  3. Prepare Cabbage Leaves
  4. Prepare Carrot *cut into thin strips
  5. Get Thinly Sliced Pork
  6. Take Spring Onion
  7. Get Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix)
  8. Prepare *Suggested additional ingredients: Shiitake, Shimeji, Beansprouts, Bok Choy, Garlic Chives, etc
Steps to make ‘Nikomi’ Simmered Miso Ramen:
  1. Cut all Vegetables and Pork into the size that is easy to eat.
  2. Place Water, Carrot and Cabbage in a large saucepan or pot, and bring to the boil.
  3. Once boiling, add Instant Ramen Noodles. When Noodles are half cooked, add Pork and Spring Onion, then add Soup and Seasoning. Cook until Pork is cooked and Noodles are soft.
  4. Sprinkle with Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) and enjoy immediately.
