Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, focaccia. One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Focaccia is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. Focaccia is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

Combine the warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. In the bowl of a mixer fitted. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil and black pepper. Mix in the vegetable oil and water.

  1. Take 1 envelope Dry yeast
  2. Take 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions to make Focaccia:
  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together, and let sit for 30 mins.
  2. Then add all other ingredients (only 2 1/2 cups of the flour) in order to the bowl with the earlier mix. Now mix with spatula.
  3. If the dough is still sticky, add some more flour, the last cup gradually till the dough don't sticky.
  4. knead well, then put in a form greased with olive oil and garnish with olives. let stand for 90 min and bake for 30 min in oven 350°F

It may be garnished with sprigs of fresh rosemary after baking and sprinkled with salt. Potato rosemary focaccia is often called "potato pizza" in New York City. Using oven mitts, remove the baking sheet from the oven and set it on a wire cooling rack. Focaccia is our favorite yeast-bread to make at home. It has a crisp outside and soft inside, and is perfect to serve with dinner, soups, stews, or even sliced in half and used for sandwiches.
