  18. Get 1/4 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  19. Prepare to taste Salt
  20. Get 100 gm SPAGHETTI
Steps to make Spaghetti in Bolognese Sauce with Golden Paneer Balls:
  1. GOLDEN PANEER BALLS: Grate the paneer and potato. add chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli flakes. mix and form a dough.
  2. Make small lemon size balls out of paneer dough.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown in colour.
  4. BOLOGNESE SAUCE: Slit tomatoes from the bottom and boil in water for 2 minutes. peel the tomatoes. chop half of the tomatoes and puree rest half of the tomatoes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onions, saute till translucent.
  6. Add the tomato puree and chopped tomatoes. cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and chilli flakes. mix well. add little water if required to adjust the consistency.
  8. SPAGHETTI: Boil spaghetti in salted water for given time. rinse under cold water.
  9. PLATING: Make a bed of spaghetti over a plate. spread bolognese sauce over it and place golden paneer balls on top.
