Hey everyone, it’s John, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, bolognese sauce. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Bolognese Sauce is one of the most well liked of current trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Bolognese Sauce is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have bolognese sauce using 15 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Bolognese Sauce:
  1. Take 250 g Minced Beef (Any meat can be used actually)
  2. Get 1 Minced Carrot
  3. Take 1 Minced Celery
  4. Get 1 Minced Onion
  5. Get 1/2 can Tomato Purée
  6. Get 1/2 can Tomato Diced
  7. Get 200 ml Cream
  8. Prepare 100 ml Red wine (Optional)
  9. Make ready 2 Dried Bay leaves
  10. Get 1-2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
  11. Make ready 1 teaspoon Salt
  12. Get 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  13. Take 2 Teaspoon Pepper
  14. Prepare 25 g Butter
  15. Prepare 10 g Butter (extra)
Steps to make Bolognese Sauce:
  1. Melt 10 g butter in pan, add in carrot, celery and onion and sweat it.
  2. Add in minced meat and sauté it.
  3. Pour in red wine if you want.
  4. Add in Tomato Purée and Tomato Diced, and add bay leaves in.
  5. Pour in cream and 25 g butter and mix well.
  6. Add in oregano and seasonings and ENJOY!!
