  4. Once done, transfer to a serving plate but allow it to rest for about 5 minutes for the flavours to properly settle in the ๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ˜
  5. For the pepper sauce, put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a sauce pan. When hot, add in the grated pepper and chilli. Cook for a few seconds. As you're cooking the peppers, add seasonings according to your taste. Lastly, add in the onions and take off the heat. The sauce should not be too cooked. It should be crunchy. You can also add green onions and parsley or mint leaves. Squeeze some lime juice when about to serve.
  6. Enjoy๐Ÿฝ. I had mine with golden yam and coleslaw. You need to give this combo a try because the sweetness from the coleslaw balances the sourness and heat from the pepper sauce and fish
