2. Using a large pot bring to boil over medium heat the sugar and evaporated milk. Stiring constantly.
3. Boil exactly 8 minutes. Constantly stirring the whole time.
4. Remove from heat, quickly add Chocolate Chips, Butter, and Walnuts (I make it with and without the Walnuts)
5. Stir constantly untill butter is completely melted. Pour into the prepared cookie sheet. Cover with plastic wrap.
6. Let sit on counter overnight to set.
