  1. Prepare 150 gr grated cheddar cheese
  2. Prepare 6 eggs, large
  3. Prepare 75 ml double cream
  4. Prepare 150 gr ham, cubed

  6. Make ready 150 gr steamed broccoli florets
  7. Get 1 tbps butter
  8. Make ready Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C. - - Lightly sauté the ham and onions together in a oven proof skillet over medium heat to bring out their flavor in the 1 tbsp of butter.
  2. Add the broccoli to the ham and onion and top with 3/4 of the cheese.
  3. Mix the eggs with double cream and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour your egg mixture over the ham, onion, and broccoli and sprinkle just a little more of the cheese on top.
  5. Place in oven with a bake time of 35-40 minutes.
  6. Serve with a side salad
