  5. After 15 mins re-shape balls. Cover and let rise until tripled in size about an hour.
  6. Mix one egg for egg wash. After buns have tripled in size brush them with egg wash and spinkle seasme or poppy seeds for garnish. Bake at 220°C for 12-14 mins
