  1. Now peel off mushroom cover, cut into small ps, cut capsicum, onion, and wash it with water as per own choice.
  2. Now take a pan add oil heat it. Now do soate of mahsroom, capsicum,onion.now keep it aside.
  3. Now in same pan add oil add chopped onion garlic small ilachi,dal chini, Luange fry until it become brown now add tomato fry it. Now make of it paste.
  4. Now in same pan add oil add little cumeen seed tez patta.now add mixed paste and fry on high flam for 5minute. Now add turmeric chilli coriander garam masala powder salt as per taste.add fried vegies and mushroom add water as per own choice. Cook with cover led for 10minute.now serve with roti or rice
