  1. Take 600 g beef or pork, chopped into chunks

  2. Add tomatoes and stock. Season to taste. I decided to throw some more onions in at this stage! Now turn down the heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours, add more stock as needed
  3. Add some marjoram and serve with more sliced onion and crusty bread 😀
