The ingredients needed to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. Prepare 3 T butter
  2. Get 1 lb sirloin or beef tenderloin, thinly sliced into 1/2" strips
  3. Prepare 12 oz mushrooms, sliced
  4. Prepare 1 large onion, sliced
  5. Get 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. Prepare 1/2 c beef broth
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp sea salt
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  9. Take 1 c sour cream
  10. Get 1 T dijon mustard
  11. Get 2 pkg (8 oz) Shirataki noodles, fettuccine style
Steps to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. In large skillet, melt 1 T butter. Sear beef working in batches if necessary. Transfer to plate and set aside.
  2. In skillet, melt 2 T butter. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion and cook 5 min. Add beef, broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 min.
  3. Stir in sour cream and mustard. Cook 1 min. or until heated through.
  4. Prepare noodles - rinse, drain, dry. Divide into four portions and serve with meat mixture.
