The ingredients needed to make Beef stroganoff:
  1. Take 1 lb beef cut into tin slices
  2. Get 1 1/2 cups beef stock
  3. Prepare 1 package sliced mushrooms
  4. Take 1/4 cup sliced onion
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp minced garlic
  7. Take 1 tbsp onion chives
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp paprika
  9. Make ready 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  10. Get 1 tsp salt
  11. Take 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Steps to make Beef stroganoff:
  1. Cut the beef into tin pieces
  2. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat in a butter
  3. After a few minutes while the beef is brown remove and separate it and set aside the beef sauce
  4. Put a butter and saute the mushrooms, minced garlic, and minced onion to the skillet and let it cooked until the mushroom become slightly brown
  5. Add the spices and sauté it for about 5 mins
  6. Add the beef broth and the beef sauce that you set aside. Let it simmer until the beef if fully cooked
  7. Once the beef is cooked add the whipping cream and mix it
  8. Let it simmer for about 5 mins
  9. Top with onion chives and enjoy
