  7. Get 1/4 cup carrot grated

  11. Make ready 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  12. Get as needed oil for shallow frying
  13. Make ready To make ahi sauce
  14. Get 1 cup cabbage
  15. Prepare 1/2 onion
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup coriander
  17. Get 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  19. Make ready 2 jalapeno
  20. Take 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions to make Tortitas de Quinoa:
  1. Soak the quinoa into water for about half an hour. Then add salt to it and boil it.
  2. Wash the soya granules thoroughly in water. Grind the oats to make powder.
  3. Mix quinoa, oats powder, soy granules, corn flour, yogurt, salt, pepper powder, finely chopped capsicum and carrots.
  4. Give it a Shape of the tikki. Shallow Fry it using little oil.
  5. To make ahi sauce, in a, mixture jar add the cabbage, onion, coriander, pepper and salt to taste. Grind it into a paste. Grind it again by adding mayonnaise. Serve the Tortitas with ahai sauce.
