  1. Take a pan to add oil to it. When the oil is hot, then add rai, jeera, and curry leaves let it crackled, then add both chickpeas gram and urad gram. Both or like golden brown and add the onion.
  2. When the onion is light brown in color, then add semolina. When the semolina is golden brown in color, then add beetroot juice, salt, and sugar, and lemon juice.
  3. Then cook it for 2-3 mins. Beetroot upma is ready to taste. Serve in plate and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve them.
