  6. Take the flour add the salt and the oil and gradually add the hot water to Make a dough
  7. Knead the dough well and let it rest for 30 min
  8. Divide the dough into 3 to 4 small balls
  9. Place each dough between two plastic sheets and rolln the dough
  10. First dry roast the tortillas on the griddle on both sides
  11. Made roundels of the tortillas and fry in hot oil.
  12. You can alternately bake the chips too at 200 D Celsius for 10 mins
