Hey everyone, it’s me, Dave, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, pavlova. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It has a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. Pavlova is one of the most well liked of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Pavlova is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have pavlova using 7 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:
  1. Prepare 3 Large Egg Whites
  2. Make ready 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
  3. Make ready 2 teaspoons Cornflour
  4. Take 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  5. Take 150-200 ml Cream *whipped
  6. Take Fresh Fruit of your choice
  7. Prepare *e.g. Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Kiwi Fruit, Pineapple, Mango, Passionfruit, etc

Steps to make Pavlova:
  1. Preheat oven to 120C. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whisk Egg Whites in a clean & dry bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add Caster Sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well until meringue is thick and glossy and sugar is well dissolved. Add the Vinegar and Cornflour and fold until just combined.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the lined tray and shape into a 15 to 20cm disc. Bake for 1 hour or until dry to the touch. Turn off oven and leave, with the door ajar, to cool completely.
  5. Whip Cream until thick. Spoon on top of pavlova and decorate with fresh fruit of your choice. Serve immediately.
