  4. Beans. Place a sauce pan on kitchen stove, adjust the heat. Pour some cooking oil on the pan, then add the onions, green pepper, carrots and garlic and ginger paste. Stir for a few minutes then add the beans and let it cook. Add the tomatoes and continue stirring. Add the coriander and the royco cubes, some salt then cover. Leave it for 10 minutes then serve.
