The ingredients needed to make Soft layered Chapati:
  1. Make ready 800 g All purpose flour
  2. Get Water
  3. Take Salt
  4. Get Oil

A dough that is soft will also produce soft chapati's. Chapati, also commonly known as Chapo's. In a hot pan, place the rolled out circular chapati and fry each side with little oil until its golden brown on medium heat. Chapathi stays soft for a long time without getting dry.

Steps to make Soft layered Chapati:
  1. In a cup put 2glasses warm water and add salt to your liking and a 3 tablespoons of oil then mix.
  2. Add the mixture to your flour bit by bit and start kneading till the dough is non sticky but soft.
  3. Use a little oil on the dough and cover. Let it sit for about 10-15mins.
  4. Divide your dough into balls then roll and apply oil on each then fold them and make balls.
  5. Start rolling them placing on a pan that is on medium heat. Fry each side and serve with stew of your choice.
