  1. Drain the cashews and put in a blender.
  2. Add everything else to the blender. And blend until creamy and smooth. (I decided to add the cacao at the last minute… that’s why the colour changes!)
  3. Freeze for a an hour or two and then it’s ready to use 😁 Next time i’d add some fresh raspberries on the side/ as decoration.
