Drizzle with oil and stir to combine. For the filling, you'll just need some frozen mixed berries, sugar, and a little flour to help thicken it.

  1. Spoon fruit into ramekins. Fill 3/4 full. Set aside 75g sugar for the crumble and sprinkle remaining 75g over the fruit. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl use fingertips to rub in butter and flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  3. Add the sugar set aside earlier and oats. Mix lightly to combine.
  4. Sprinkle over fruit.

  7. Serve hot with ice cream, creme fresh or custard.

You can use any type of berries like strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries. And yes, you can use fresh fruit too. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly atop the fruit then place the baking dish atop a baking sheet.
