Stir in milk to make a soft dough. The dumplings will soak up a lot of broth as they cook, and the flour will thicken it slightly. Make your soup with a little extra liquid to ensure a soupy consistency. Make smaller dumplings if you like.

  2. Get Baobao flour (kuka)
  3. Take Potash
  4. Prepare Eggs
  5. Prepare Veg oil
  6. Get Red dried pepper

Dumplings of any kind are made with flour and water (or milk) and are relatively easy to make. Place dumpling dough on the counter and dust it with more flour. Be sure to add flour as necessary to keep it from sticking underneath or to your rolling pin. Using a knife or a pizza cutter, start cutting out your dumplings into squares.

Steps to make Flour dumplings:
  1. Sieve the flour with baobao flour mix it well soak the potash for one hour, add it to the flour mixture.
  2. Starting putting it in boiling water. Allow it to cook for 30 minutes
  3. Put it in normal water and rinse.
  4. Put in a plate then add the oil,pepper and the cubes.

Be sure to add flour as necessary to keep it from sticking underneath or to your rolling pin. Using a knife or a pizza cutter, start cutting out your dumplings into squares. Cut in the shortening with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add oil and water and mix until smooth. Add a bit more water until dumplings are soft and not at all dry.
