  7. #Substitutions_for_flour_and/or #yogurt: - - I will highly recommend using yogurt, but if you can't, the yogurt can be substituted for milk BUT add only 85 g (1/3 cup) of milk plus + 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice. - - #Self_raising_flour_can_be_made #TWO_ways: - - 140 g (1 cup) of plain flour + 1&1/2 tsp baking powder - - #OR - - 140 g (1 cup) of plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda
