  6. When finished shut off heat. Using forks, pull the chicken into shreds and mix up soup. Plate and serve.

Place all ingredients in a slow crock pot. Remove bay leaf and stir to break up chicken before serving. Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, if desired. Chicken Fajita Soup - it's loaded with chicken, rice, black beans and veggies making it perfectly hearty and filling. Mix together in a medium sized bowl the cream of chicken soup, salsa, corn, black beans, water cumin and cilantro and pour over the top of the chicken.
