  1. Wash and cut chicken into sizes
  2. Put chicken in a pot, add 3 cups of water and place on a heat source
  3. Add onions and knorr spice and allow to boil for 30 minutes
  4. Add 1cup of water, stir and allow to boil for another 30 minutes
  5. Add oil and allow to boil for 30 minutes
  6. Stir and allow to boil for another 30 minutes
  7. Allow to cool, juice out the bones
  8. Add 1 cup of water and blend the fleshy parts with the soup
  9. Its ready, can be use to prepare noodles, soup, stew or jellof rice
  10. Can be stored in the fridge (frozen)

I couldn't wait to come home and make it in my own kitchen! I even searched where to find the noodles! This is a quick sped up version of their prized ramen. My Home-made Ramen Soup Stock is not as rich as tonkotsu soup stock. It is surprisingly light yet has full of flavour.
