Hey everyone, hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, ramen. It is one of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Ramen is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They are fine and they look fantastic. Ramen is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

You may remember me from such bowls as "First Dish I Learned to Cook On My Own Despite its popularity among the cash-strapped and the sodium-starved, the world or ramen extends.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook ramen using 23 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
  1. Take Prep time 15 mnts
  2. Take Cook time 10 mnts
  3. Take Total time 25 mnts
  4. Take sesame oil
  5. Prepare sriracha sauce
  6. Make ready red chilli flakes
  7. Prepare small onion diced
  8. Prepare tomato diced
  9. Take ginger grated
  10. Take garlic grated
  11. Get salt
  12. Get water
  13. Prepare chicken stock
  14. Prepare soy sauce
  15. Make ready vinegar
  16. Make ready instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Take spring onions finely chopped
  18. Make ready soft boiled eggs
  19. Prepare Coriander for garnish
  20. Get Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Make ready Shredded chicken
  22. Take Lemon wedges
  23. Take Carrots
Steps to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
