I discovered this Vegan Pad Thai in Bangkok where I was attending cooking lessons in a very nice I fell in love with this easy Pad Thai recipe and adapted it for everybody to be able to cook it at home.   4. In goes the beansprouts, spring onion, chilli flake and a pinch of salt. Stir for further 1 minutes.
  5. Transfer it on the serving plate and serve this super speedy Pad Thai immediately.
