Instructions to make Piano pastry:
- Take mixing bowl and add maida,baking soda,baking powder,cocoa powder and mix it.now sieve 3-4 tine.
- Now add oil,sugar,milk and essence and mix well.
- Now grease cake tray and pour cake mixture to it.
- Now bake it in pre heated cooker for 25-30 minutes at low flame.
- Now draw piano on cardboard and cut out piano.now melt chocolate and spread it on plastic sheet and keep for sometime to cool it.
- Now put cut out piano on it and cut chocolate oin piano shape.
- Now take out cake and put piano cardboard on it and cut out.
- Now spread chocolate on piano cake and decorate with whipped Cream and pi,chilled it and serve.
