  1. In a bowl take grated cabbage first extract the extra juice..otherwise koftas aur not coming in round shape..then add all the veggies and species.mix all together and a make a dough form
  2. Now take a ball from dough lemon size flatten it put raisin in it..its totally optional..and cover it make a shape..any shape you like..
  3. Then heat a pan and fry it till golden in colour
  4. Then take a pan add 2 tbsp oil..add 1 tsp cumin seed when it splutter add chopped onion saute for a while.then 2 chopped garlic..then add chopped tomatoes..and add all the dry species..cook and cover it for 10 min.till it releasing oil
  5. After 10 min add 2 tbsp beaten curd…then add half cup of water and let it boil for 5 min..after 5 min..add your koftas in it…and its ready to serve

We use vegetables like, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, spinach and we even use mixed vegetables. The dish is characterized by multiple flavors due to the addition of many vegetables which also makes it quite nutritious. Mixed veg is served in almost all Indian restaurants.
