In a dish, mix together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and sugar until combined.   5. Add a little stock to the mixture and lower the heat.Allow it to get cooked for like 3-5minutes before you put it down.Serve with either rice,tortillas or food of your choice.
